Facilities at Maisemore Village Hall


We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.


We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.


NB. Please note that the facility capacities shown are approximate and depend on the event.

Main Hall

Size: 14.7m x 7.5m

 
Welcome to our beautiful Village Hall Main Hall – the heart of our community gatherings and events! We are excited to share with you all the wonderful features and benefits that make this space the perfect choice for your next event: 

With its generous size, our Main Hall can comfortably host large gatherings while still providing ample space for seating, dancing, and entertainment. Your guests will feel at ease in our well-ventilated, climate-controlled environment

Equipment & services

We have a bluetooth receiver that you can connect your phone to and stream your music out of our speakers.
The chairs and tables (for around 80 seated guests).
Use of the crockery in the kitchen for the duration of the hire only.
Select this if you plan to use the kitchen.
These are 6' x 2'6' or 183cm x 75cm. They are lightweight but strong. Note you will need to move these from the store to the hall and return them before the end of your hire.
Use of Mics for presentations and talks.
Use of the Piano (please add a note if you need it moving from it's usual place of the Art Room).

Committee Room

Size: 5.5m x 5.3m 

 
Our Committee Room provides a comfortable and professional atmosphere that fosters focus and collaboration. Say goodbye to distracting environments and welcome a space that encourages meaningful discussions. 

The Committee Room is where the village comes together to plan events and is our hub of operations as its an inspiring environment can make all the difference in a productive meeting. 

Our Committee Room isn't just limited to meetings. You can also use it for workshops, training sessions, interviews, and other professional gatherings, making it a multi-functional space for your organization.

Art Room

Size: 6.1m x 5.6m 

 
The Art Room was specifically designed to capture as much light as possible for our artists in residence. Hirers will benefit from its own dedicated toilet, and can be used for many other purposes, such as music lessons, meeting space, and society talks. It is now mainly used as a side room when the entire village hall is booked. It is useful for large events for cooking/food serving areas or general preparation.

Private Event - Entire Village Hall

If you are planning a wedding or major party, consider booking the entire venue to make it private event. This gives you access to the Committee Room, Art Room, Stage and Kitchen. This will ensure you are the only users of the hall during your booking.
